Rússia teme que situação fique "fora de controlo"
O chefe da diplomacia russa, Serguei
Lavrov, alertou para o perigo da situação ficar "fora de controlo" na Coreia do
Norte e apela aos países envolvidos para "se absterem de demonstrar o seu
poderio militar" na região.
A escalada da tensão na península coreana está a ser motivo de grande
preocupação para as autoridades russas que temem que a situação fique "fora de
controlo" na Coreia do Norte, onde o regime já se diz preparado para atacar com
mísseis alvos nos Estados Unidos da América.
Esta sexta-feira, o chefe da diplomacia russa , Serguei Lavrov, afirmou que
"poderemos perder o controlo da situação se entrarmos numa espiral de ameaças",
adiantando que a Rússia está muito preocupada "com o efeito das ações
unilaterais, que consistem apenas em intensificar as atividades militares",
alertando a comunidade internacional para a necessidade urgente de uma resposta
apropriada do Conselho de Segurança da ONU.
Serguei Lavrov apela ainda a todos os países envolvidos para "se absterem de
demonstrar o seu poderio militar e não aproveitarem a situação atual para
alcançarem objetivos geopolíticos na região através das armas".
